We then show your newly-appointed innovation team how to take the Chamber through a series of processes to ensure ideas are relevant, practicable, and unique. Because these skills remain within your company you can undertake this process as many times as you want on any subject you want, and even integrate it into your organisational structure.
We then develop your innovation team to enable them to provide research back-up to clarify and expand these ideas, which you can then carry through other sub-chambers to consider their practical application from many different perspectives, such as their psychological, managerial and public relations considerations.
