We will deliver our Business Leadership Growth course, on-site at your premises, and in bite-sized chunks of time to suit you. Under this programme you may be entitled to a 50% matched-funded contribution from the Welsh Government.

Or we will undertake all of the same business growth elements for you as part of an in-depth engagement, on a rolling month-by-month programme.

 

We all know that, in business, time is money. This is why we'll either deliver the programme to you in a way that suits your timetable so you can extract the maximum benefit from one-to-one delivery, or we will deliver the programme's outcomes for you, and report regularly on progress, leaving you to get on with running your business.

 

Sounds good? So what do we deliver? Whichever way you decide to engage, the Business Leadership Growth course is split into an initial review and three modules. The review gets us 'under the skin' of your business to make sure that everything we do from that point on is bespoke. This is how we get you undestand your business, your prodcucts and/or services, and how your customers tick.

 

Then we look at your company website, its design, content, use of case studies and tools such as videos. Then we show you how to make effective use of social media, how to use Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube, and tying them in with affordable marketing channels, such as maximising press releases, blogs and newsletters.

In the Strategic Sales module we explore direct sales tools, including mining data, using databases effectively, and putting together presentations that win business. We look at direct sales channels, such as using LinkedIn and Networking to generate sales, as well as how to get the most out of your current customers.

 

Module Three is about Installing Quality Systems for effective tendering, such as showing you how to create an easy-to-use framework to comply with the ISO9001 quality management system, and how to use reporting procedures, such as those found in PRINCE2, encompassing the management, control and organisation of projects.

 

The final module (Getting Ready for Bids and Proposals) shows you the best ways to compile case studies, CVs, and client management processes for formal tender processes, and how to create impactful marketing proposals. We will show you how to create a Quality Statement for customers, and where the avenues are for public and private sector contracts, such as the many electronic tender platforms.
